Dec 5th 2012

Every journey starts with the first step. My first step hasn't been the most amazing. I've been hit with sick kids consecutively, so it's been near impossible to make it to the gym. I went on Mon and had a great ab work out and then afterwards, I did work on my biceps and butt and thighs. Then I went home and did 10 pull ups (thanks so much Holly for showing me how to eventually reach my goal of 10 pull ups in a row.) Right now I'm up to 4 in a row, then I just do 6 more after resting between each one. Yeah, I'm weak sauce right now. Today I ran 2 miles as quickly as possible. I'll admit, I wasn't able to time it. I left w/o checking, but I was a sweating mess afterwards, so that's good. I'm going to make sure I do my 10 pull ups today and hopefully 50 push ups. No, I'm not that amazing. I do 40 girly ones and then 10 hard core ones. And today I weigh 137. That's a new number!! My goal is 125 and then I wanna go crazy with weight lifting. I'm so excited about this!!
