So tomorrow's supposed to be the end of the world. There's an excuese to not work out! And there's the reason I ate about 4 dozen cookies in the past 2 days ~ so I can say I know how it feels to gorge yourself on cookies.
Anyways, today was a good day workout wise. Went to the gym (thank you Holly for being so great w/Riley. I can work out and not worry about him, I know he's happy, so I can work out worry free!)
I did 15 mins on the bike and then a great butt and thigh work out. Did shoulders today and also abs. My "abs" are so not abs right now, I can work those suckers out every day.
Anyways, I'm excited about this. OH, 'cept I went from 137 up to 139 today.
Darn cookies!

Don't weigh yourself everyday! Soo many things can cause weight gain that once a week is better. Things like time of mounth, how much water you drank the previous day (not enough makes you hold onto more), and even is you've gone #2 all make a difference! Weigh once a week/every 2 weeks at the same time in the same condition for a real comparison. Also, the number on the scale doesn't mean anything!
